Gibraltar is popular with many English tourists for its perfect mixture of English culture and Mediterranean climate. You are sure to find all of your favourite home comforts here, whilst also benefiting from a few Spanish flavours besides.

If it''s party culture that you want, then Malaga should be the first stop on your tour of Andalucia. This is nothing less than a 24 hour party town, and whilst there may not be quite so many holiday makers about over the winter period (which also means that the drinks won''t be quite as expensive) you''ll find as much of the party spirit as ever.

Hire a car and take a couple of weeks off, if you have the luxury, and take your time exploring everything Andalucia has to offer.
