Children's safety may be threatened if the personal information they place online falls in the wrong hands. We won't be able to find out the identity of these offenders, but they will be able to find out about the identities of others. Making sense of all this is not working. The father of the victim told them that though they would want to see the victims, he can't show them any and that they won't even be able to testify. Those at the conference tackled on the elements found on the Internet that would pose as a threat to a child's safety.
