Common law marriage is a type of marriage that exists without a service and is grounded on two individuals agreeing to the marriage. It is normally the result of two persons cohabitating for a long period of time. There are three basic features of common law marriage: 1. Readiness to wed (both individuals). 2. WAYS TO PROPOSE MARRIAGE At some point within a common law partnership, both persons want to get married. Marriage gives feeling of unity and a sense of security. If you are ready to take the common law marriage to the next level here are some exciting ways to propose: 1. I must mention the old-fashioned way of proposing. Go down on one knee with a rose between your teeth and the ring in your hand. 2. If your mate loves to read and never let a day pass without reading the newspaper, get a full page ad proposing. 3. Use chalk to write the words 'will you marry me?' outside his/her residence so when he/she departs the building he/she will be met with a splendid surprise. Certainly you should present with a ring ready. 4. Send your mate on a search by pasting notes around the house. The first note should be cleverly. placed where he\she will notice it as soon as they step inside. The clues should lead to you, down on one knee with a ring. 5. Assemble friends and family outside his\her home holding a huge sign with the words 'will you marry me?' You must be at the front on one knee with a ring. 6. Arrange a party and have friends and family gathered. Each individual should be wearing a t-shirt with one letter from the phrase 'will you marry me?' You should suggest having a group photograph taken so that the patrons (notified earlier) can arrange themselves to form the question 'will you marry me? 7. Get boxes of various sizes. Wrap the biggest one nicely and place the rest inside. Organize them from the biggest right down to the smallest box. The ring should be placed in the tiniest box so that after working his/her way down to the final box, he/she will discover the ring. 8. Make him/her a bath all encircled by glowing candles. When he/she is in the bath, put a rubber ducky with the ring tied to its neck and float to him/her. Now is the ideal time to pop your question. 9. Take him\her for a nice get-away. On the final day of the get-away, get down on one knee and propose. 10. Take him/her to the beach and when he/she is not looking, inscribe the words 'will you marry me?' in the sand. Make sure you have the ring ready whenever he\she sees it.
