This museum is fitting in a city that has such importance as a centre of industry and transport and it does it without being dry and boring. All price ranges and cuisine preferences are catered for in Chicago but over the years it has quietly been cultivating a reputation as the fine-dining capital of the US. The blues has been played for generations in Chicago and has wide and varied following. Willie Dixon's Blues Heaven Foundation is a great place to hear the more traditional sound, but the scene thrives all across the city, with modern takes on this great classic. If you come in June, you'll be here for the annual Blues Festival. This huge event features over 70 artists from across the globe and the whole city is left buzzing.
