Chiddingstone Castle is a beautiful historic landmark close to Edenbridge. As well as exploring the castle and its grounds, there are regular activities for children, including dressing up, games and crafts, and they can learn hieroglyphics in the Egyptian Room too. Children can have fun making their very own feature film at the Folkestone Film Factory. Designed to help children aged ten to sixteen learn all about the film making process, the centre teaches editing, script writing, camera work and more. With more than a hundred breeds of farm animals, and its own hawking centre where you can see birds of prey and flying displays, children love a day out to Farming World. Farming World is located at Faversham, and there are fun workshops and games for kids here too.
