Ardbeg Uigeadail - A dram of effortless perfection, an Editor's Choice at Whisky Mag and Jim Murray's favourite whisky in the world. This is crafted of bourbon and old fino sherry matured spirit, which has proffered a powerful, full-bodied dram with underlying sweetness. Lagavulin 16 - A really well-balanced dram, lots of smoke and creamy sweetness. The malt is peated to 35ppm and matured in a mix of bourbon and sherry casks. This is unfalteringly well-rated, as well as being an Editor's Choice at Whisky Mag. Ardbeg Airigh Nam Beist - Airigh Nam Beist (pronounced Arry-nam-baysht) is Gaelic for 'Shelter of the Beast', the name of one of the Ardbeg distillery's water sources. The whisky is intensely creamy and becoming increasingly rare. Bruichladdich Infinity - Jim Murray rated this very highly, and for good reason; this is a very well-made malt, crafted of well-aged lightly peated whisky and heavily peated spirit from the Port Charlotte range. This was matured in Bourbon casks before a finish in Rioja barrels. Laphroaig Quarter Cask - Back in the days of yore (around 200 years ago) whisky was re-racked into quarter casks to ease the burden on the toiling mules that transported it. Laphroaig, keen as ever to preserve its traditions, released Quarter Cask, matured for a few years in a standard cask, before a short maturation in very small barrels. Master of Malt Bowmore 26yo - A well-aged Islay malt from our Single Cask Series, this is an incredible whisky, with Bowmore's characteristic floral and parma violets in force. Bunnahabhain 25 - Released as a limited run of 400 bottles, this 25-year old hums with exclusivity. Presented in a hessian-lined, alder wood box (complete with brass fittings), it's a fruity, creamy whisky abounding with class. Caol Ila 12 - An elegantly balanced dram, this consistently-praised expression has been an Editor's Choice at Whisky Mag. A refined, powerful whisky with a beautifully balancied oiliness at its core. Bruichladdich Redder Still - Matured in Bourbon barrels before coming of age in the famed Chateau Lafleur Pomerol Bordeaux casks. A follow-up to the hugely popular 'Blacker Still', this is expected to fly off the shelves at a similar rate. Blink and you'll miss it. Laphroaig 10 Cask Strength - A wonderfully complex whisky, bottled at natural cask strength, in 2005 this was rated the Best Single Malt in the World by Whisky Mag.
