But stay calm and powewrful through those breathes for the reason that by the 6th or 7th the oxygen has been pumped so fast round your body you then feel the anxiety relief and the attack slows right down.

An additional great technique for managing anxiety attacks, is to challenge the thinking that has fashioned your anxiety. By challenging your anxiety you end it in it's track. Since anxiety is a fear and a fear named is a fear shamed. Our thoughts are use to controlling anxiety panic, so by saying “stop”, we challenge that control.

Dealing with anxiety instead of running from it is another skilled way in managing panic attacks. The more we stay away from anxious situation the stronger the anxiety becomes. So handling anxiety is a great deal better for you.
