Something worth remembering is that not all pet insurance companies will provide the right cover for you, despite what they advertise. Since the introduction of new legislation by the Financial Services Authority in 2005, it has been illegal for vets to suggest certain insurers, meaning that to be sure you are receiving an appropriate deal for you, you''ll have to do your research extra carefully when purchasing insurance.
