After this happens the bacteria in our gastrointestinal tract may convert from a yeast type into a fungal kind which could crack through the walls of our intestines and enter the blood stream. Yeast, bacteria and partially digested food can afterward find their way all-around the body and produce localised and sometimes systemic yeast infections.
