Smartphones are ever improving, and the latest smartphone to hit the market comes courtesy of Nokia. The Nokia X6 comes equipped with the now essential touch screen, but with the added bonus of a truly impressive inbuilt digital camera, as well as a functional QWERTY keyboard. The Nokia X6 display measures an impressive 3.2 inches, with a resolution of 640 x 360. While this may not be the highest screen resolution around, it does provide a perfectly clear and crisp display. The screen, as is almost mandatory now, is touch sensitive too. The inclusion of a QWERTY keyboard will please those who use their phones for emailing as it makes typing a doddle. The only down side of the slide out keyboard is that it adds bulk to the design, which may not appeal so much to smartphone who prefer their phones as slim and light as possible. The X6 has been designed to provide ultimate multimedia functionality. The large screen makes watching videos a pleasure, Nokias Comes With Music application allows you to access millions of audio tracks and with an impressive 32GB removable memory card you can store huge amounts of files. This is a great phone for surfing the web and social networking, and it comes pre loaded with apps that allow you to access popular sites such as Youtube, Facebook, and Twitter. The touch screen interface makes it very easy to navigate the web, and the built in browser is of a very high standard indeed. The camera is of a very high standard for a mobile phone, with a five megapixel resolution and a dual LED flash to help illuminate dimly lit subjects. It can also capture video at a staggering 30 frames per second, with a resolution of 640 by 480, which is on a par with standard television footage. Sharing your videos and pictures is made incredibly easy using the X6 Ovi and Vox photo services. A cable allows you to hook the X6 straight up to your TV where you can watch videos you have created. The most notable characteristic of the X6 is its truly stunning audio quality. This is particularly noticeable when making voice calls, which sound clearer than on almost any other mobile phone currently on the market, but it also greatly enhances the experience of listening to music and podcasts.
